HAPPY NEW YEAR / BONNE ANNÉE
I just wanted to take a moment to wish each and every one of you, my fabulous readers, a very Happy, Healthy and Prosperous 2016. Without you, this blog would not exist, it’s been a fantastic year, I’ve “chatted” with so many people, made new friends and learnt from you, I love your comments and feedback – thank you so much, it’s been so much fun.
We saw out the end of 2015 at the beach on the 30th December on the Île d’Oléron, watching the sun go down, and we rang in the New Year in our own unique style, “Bling meets Venice!”
I have lots planned for 2016 and am really looking forward to sharing more of our lifestyle and more of France with you. In the meantime I’ll leave you with a few more photos from New Year’s Eve. Happy New Year from the whole family xxx

Looks like you spent a wonderful réveillion en famille. Those years go by so fast, make the most of them, before you know it, it will just be a memory but at least good ones. Bonne année.
Hi Nadia, I know time seems to go by so fast, it was the first year all of them managed to stay awake until midnight, although the two youngest were in their pj’s, teeth done and literally flopped into bed seconds after!!! Wishing you a very Happy, healthy and prosperous 2016 x

Happy New Year to you and your family. The party looks like it was furiously fun. Tell your daughter I remember wearing white go-go boots the first time they were in fashion…40+ years ago(ha)! She did a great job of styling them. You all looked fabulous.
